Old vs. New World White Truffle Wine Dinner

One of the finer foodie moments? Reveling in the taste of the winter white truffle. On Tuesday, December 3 from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM, join Summer House & Stella Barra’s Executive Chef Ben Goodnick on a four-course foray highlighting this seasonal delight. From a rich Classic Acquerello Risotto with vacche rosse parmesan to the bountiful Scaloppine di Cappone with spaghetti squash, sage and savoy cabbage, every plate is a delectable escape. Wine Director Bobby Joe Rinaldo will be on-hand to explain old versus new world wine pairings for every course. Which wine varietals will be your favorite?
