Stella Barra Pizzeria & Wine Bar is an artisanal pizzeria with an eclectic menu inspired by the idea of simple honest cooking paired with top quality ingredients.
From Chef / Partner Jeff Mahin and Executive Chef Ben Goodnick, the recently revamped concept highlights seasonal antipasti, pastas, and tavern-style pizzas, alongside an expanded wine list featuring large format wine pours and porrons, curated by Wine Director, Bobby Joe Rinaldo.
Stella Barra’s new menu goes beyond just a pizzeria by adding artisanal antipasti dishes, fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, tavern-style pizzas, and pastas. Utilizing the freshest, local ingredients to prepare high quality simple dishes is a top priority for the Stella Barra team; even the tomatoes are locally canned in the fields of California.
To complement the menu, Stella Barra serves an extensive list of beers and ciders, carefully crafted cocktails and a sophisticated wine list. The selection focuses on Italian varietals – celebrating the diversity and regionality that make Italian wines special – and also pays homage to Stella Barra’s West Coast roots, featuring a handful of California producers.
